One 6-1/2-ounce can water-packed tuna, drained and flaked
One 19-ounce can cannellini, or any cooked white beans, rinsed and drained (about 2-cups)
1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion rings
2 tablespoons chopped green bell pepper
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/3 cup prepared light Italian dressing
Combine the tuna, beans, onion, green pepper, and ground pepper.
Mix in the dressing and toss to combine.
Chill before serving.
Recipe makes three cups Tuscan Tuna and White Bean Salad.
