Two whole wheat 6-inch pita breads cut in half
4 ounces lean cooked chicken
One sliced ripe tomato
One kirby cucumber, sliced
Four red leaf lettuce leaves, julienned
1 /2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1 tablespoon flavorful vinegar
1 tablespoon each dried oregano, parsley

Divide pita, chicken, tomato, cucumber and lettuce into four parts.

Stir together yogurt , vinegar and herbs.

Warm pita for a minute in toaster oven. Fill each with filling , add yogurt mixture.
