2 teaspoons cornstarch 3/4 cup fresh or canned peaches
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice

1. Mix cornstarch with 2 tablespoons water in a saucepan, stirring until smooth.
2. Add another 6 tablespoons water, peaches and honey. Mix, crushing some of the peaches with the back of the spoon.
3. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat.

1 cup (each serving = 1/4 cup)
