Ingredients:
2 cups thinly sliced onions
2 cups chopped green peppers
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon mustard
1 can of (about 15 ounces) kidney beans, mashed
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon chili powder
Cider vinegar
Two sandwich rolls, halved

Directions:
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add onions, peppers and garlic. Cook and stir five minutes over medium heat. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Add beans, sauce and chili powder. Cook five minutes, stirring frequently. Add 1/3-cup vinegar if dry. Serve on halves.

Recipe makes four servings.
