Use balsamic or cider vinegar and mix with Dijon mustard, olive oil, basil, thyme, rosemary and one small clove garlic to create this delicious dressing.
What you’ll need
1/4 cup water3 tbsp. balsamic or cider vinegar1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard1 tbsp. olive oil1 tsp. dried basil leaves1 tsp. dried thyme leaves1 tsp. dried rosemary1 small clove garlic, minced
In small jar with tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients; shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use; shake before serving.
Meanwhile, steam broccoli florets in microwave until very tender, about two minutes. Rinse with cold water to stop cooking; drain. Transfer to blender or food processor.
