These treats are wonderful to eat at the end of a meal or as a healthy snack. The Greek yogurt gives a creamy taste without fat.

What you’ll need
2 cup plain Greek yogurt (zero fat)2 med bananas diced1 cup fresh blueberries4 packet(s) of sugar substitute (optional)1 tsp. food extract such as vanilla bean, maple, banana, hazelnut (optional)4 oz Popsicle mold for 10 servings or 10 paper cups that hold 4 oz and 10 Popsicle sticks (optional items are not included in the nutrition fact label)

Step 1
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
Step 2
Divide mixture between frozen pop molds or 10 paper cups.
Step 3
Place mold stick or pop sticks in center of the treat.
Step 4
Place on flat cookie tray and freeze in freezer.
Step 5
Serve after mixture freezes.
