What you’ll need
2 cup cubed cantaloupe1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt2 tbsp. part-skim ricotta cheese1 tbsp. frozen grape juice concentrate1 tbsp. slivered almonds1 dash ground cinnamon

Step 1
Place cantaloupe in a serving bowl.
Step 2
Blend yogurt and ricotta; stir in grape juice.
Step 3
Spoon over melon and top with a sprinkling of cinnamon and slivered almonds.
