Two packages (8 ounces each) fat-free cream cheese, at room temperature
24 packets sweetener or 1-cup measurable sweetener
2 to 3 tablespoons skim milk
1/2 cup European or Dutch-process cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
Beat cream cheese, sweetener and 1-tablespoon milk in small bowl until fluffy. Beat in cocoa, vanilla and enough remaining milk to make spreading consistency.
Makes about 2 cups (enough to frost 2-layer cake).
