3 tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoons dried cilantro
½ teaspoon chili powder
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
1 medium green pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
4 (8-inch) or 8(6-inch) whole-wheat tortillas
Salsa (optional)

Mix lime juice with coriander and chili powder. Pour over chicken. Add sliced vegetables.

Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Stir-fry chicken and vegetables until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are crisp-tender.

Warm tortillas in microwave about 50 seconds on high or in a nonstick skillet. Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture and serve with salsa and fat-free sour cream or fat-free yogurt.
