What you’ll need
1 cup water2 tbsp. ground coffee2 tsp. whole cardamom seeds (not pods) or whole allspice2 tsp. whole cloves1 med cinnamon stick1 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk (with added vitamin A)4 packet(s) sugar substitute (Stevia was used in the nutritional analysis)
Place water in coffeemaker according to manufacturer’s instructions. Place ground coffee, caramom seeds, cloves, and cinnamon stick in filter basket. Brew coffee.
Meanwhile, heat milk in microwave on HIGH 90 seconds or until steaming hot; add sugar substitute and stir until dissolved.
Divide coffee evenly among two coffee cups and top evenly with steamed milk; stir to combine.
