What you’ll need
3 tbsp. old fashioned oats1 tbsp. ground flax1/4 tsp. low sodium baking powder3 packet(s) sugar substitute (Splenda used in analysis)1 pinch of salt1 drop(s) vanilla (1/8 teaspoon)1 large egg, lightly beaten1/4 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (sweetened with low calorie sweetener)1 tsp. canola oil (Garnishes: 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, 1 oz low-fat yogurt, 1 walnut chopped in pieces)

Step 1
Combine all ingredients large microwave-safe mug.
Step 2
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes (or microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes) or until fully cooked. Top with the garnishes.
