One package (13.6 ounces) fat free pound cake
3 cups strawberries, sliced, sweetened with sweetener of choice
3-1/4 cup thawed whipped topping
Cut cake into 16 slices. Place eight of the cake slices on individual dessert plates.
Spoon about 3-tablespoons of the strawberries over each cake slice. Top each with ¼-cup whipped topping. Repeat layers, ending with whipped topping. Serve immediately.
Recipe makes eight servings.
You can eliminate all the fat by using fat free whipped topping instead of the "lite" whipped topping.
