4 medium potatoes, not peeled (about 5 ounces each)
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Scrub potatoes. Cut in wedges or strips.
Place potato slices in a plastic bag with the oil, and shake well to coat potatoes evenly.
Arrange potatoes, in a single layer, on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
