Use it as a spread instead of plain organic butter or in cooking in place of plain organic olive oil.
What you’ll need
1 lb organic butter, softened1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
If necessary, heat the butter a little bit to facilitate the blending of the ingredients. Mix well.
Store in refrigerator, and use sparingly as a spread.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Instead of olive oil you can use flaxseed oil or another high-omega-3 oil, but if you do, avoid heating it to high heat, such as for stir-frying vegetables. For stir-frying, just use olive oil or coconut oil.
