Extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar with white mushrooms, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.

What you’ll need
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1/4 cup rice or apple cider vinegar1 oz sliced white mushrooms (about 1/4-cup packed)2 tbsp. Dijon mustard2 small cloves garlic1/2 tsp. black pepper1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in jar of blender or food processor bowl. Process until smooth, scraping down sides with rubber spatula as necessary.
Step 2
Refrigerate, covered, in glass or plastic container. Keeps four days refrigerated.
