One club roll of choice (semolina, wheat, rustic)
1 ounce proscuitto or very thin sliced ham
1 ounce very thinly sliced turkey breast
1 ounce thinly sliced fresh mozzarella
1 ounce thinly sliced Italian provolone
Marinate for ten minutes:
1 /2 small diced red onion One chopped roasted red pepper
One diced plum tomato
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1-teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Slice roll horizontally. Spoon half the marinade on bottom.
Layer meat and cheese. Top with remaining marinade and the roll.
Slice vertically to make two sandwiches.
