What you’ll need
2 cup fat-free milk (with added vitamin A)2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice1 tbsp. vanilla extract1 tbsp. coconut extract3 packet(s) sugar substitute (used Stevia sweetener in the analysis) (also need ice cubes and mint springs (optional))
In a blender, combine all ingredients except ice cubes and mint and blend on high speed until frothy. Pour into four tall glasses with ice cubes. Garnish with mint sprigs.
Note: For a thicker drink, freeze pineapple juice in a ice cube tray. Blend these pineapple cubes with all other ingredients except mint. Omit regular ice cubes. Serve in a chilled glass.
