¼ cup of old-fashioned oats
1 cup pancake mix*
¾ cup apple cider

*Look for no more than 3 grams of fat per ½ cup mix.

Spray a griddle or skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

With a wire whisk, blend all ingredients until smooth.

Pour slightly less than ¼ cup of batter per pancake on a hot griddle or skillet. Cook about 1 to 1 ½ minutes on each side or until golden brown.
