Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk
2 medium-size ripe bananas, cut into l-inch pieces
1/2 cup fat-free plain or banana yogurt
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/3 cup wheat germ
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 packets sweetener or 1/3-cup measurable sweetener of choice
Ground cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Process all ingredients, except cinnamon, in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

Recipe makes four (8-ounce) servings.
