People and Zero Calorie Sweeteners

The researchers were so intrigued by what happened to the mice, they found 7 volunteers, that did not drink diet beverages, and had them consume about 10-12 artificial sweetener packets during one week. After this short test, 4 out of the 7 people had changes in their glucose levels, to the point of prediabetes.
