Include More Eggs

Add more eggs into your diet. A way to spread out your eggs for the week is combine 1 whole egg with 2-3 egg whites, to increase the protein and help with satiety, while keeping the calories low. Remember combine your meals, add 1 slice of whole wheat toast, ½ banana, and 1 cup milk and start your day off right.
