What Can I Do?
Every 30 minutes, try to get up and walk around for about 1-3 minutes. Go talk to that colleague instead of phoning or emailing the person. While watching your favorite show at night, try to get up during commercials or pause for a minute or 2 and get up and walk around, even walk in place while watching your show. Other ways to get more activity include parking further from the building, or taking the stairs instead of the elevator.

Keep Moving
